Men’s Therapy Group

Tuesday Mornings, 8–9:30am

How are you doing…really? If you are tired of giving — and getting — that reflexive “Fine, and you?” response, then this group is for you. Break through the loneliness and isolation so many of us feel by connecting with other men on a meaningful level.

Members meet in a confidential setting for an hour and a half every week and bring in the most relevant parts of their life story to the group: their struggles, successes, and big life choices. In our supportive small group we talk about issues ranging from relationship challenges to making friends to finding more meaning and purpose in our lives.

Group therapy might be a good fit for you if you:

  • Would like more satisfying relationships
  • Want to feel less isolated as you work through your struggles
  • Want more confidence in tough situations at home or work
  • Want to be more understood by the people around you
  • Are curious why you keep reliving the same unwanted outcomes in your life
  • Want to be the best husband, partner, parent, employee, or leader you can be

Meets in person at Insights Collaborative Therapy Group: 8140 Walnut Hill Lane, Suite 500

Cost: $80 per week
