Thursdays 4:30-6PM
Connect with others. Explore your challenges. Explore together. A supportive group therapy provides a safe space for individuals to:
- Address common concerns: Depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, and more.
- Develop valuable skills: Communication, assertiveness, problem-solving, and coping strategies.
- Gain valuable insights: From both the therapist and your fellow group members.
- Build meaningful connections: With others who understand.
Members meet in a confidential setting for an hour and a half every week and bring in the most relevant parts of their life story to the group: their struggles, successes, and big life choices. In our supportive small group we talk about issues ranging from relationship challenges to making friends to finding more meaning and purpose in our lives.
Meets weekly, $80 per week
