I’m here to walk alongside you as you discover the path that is right for you. In our time together, we’ll explore your past experiences and how they shape your present. I’m dedicated to helping you uncover and celebrate your strengths while identifying the beliefs and patterns of behavior that might be holding you back from achieving your goals. My style combines warm directness with a supportive approach. I believe in the power of humor and genuine connection, so expect a little light-heartedness mixed in with the serious stuff!

For parents bringing their kids for the first time: I aim to make this a positive therapeutic experience for your child and family, fostering an openness to seeking help in the future. Let’s work together to build a supportive, judgment-free space where growth can thrive. I’m here to help you every step of the way!
